First time eating here and it was incredible! I ordered the Cooper Special, which is a bagel sando w/ scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ham. It was beyond delicious, and the fries were great as well. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area.

One of the best classic family owned breakfast spots in Burbank. They open very early, which makes it perfect if you want a real breakfast before work or before the city wakes up. Huge portions, fresh coffee, crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs, and that old school diner atmosphere that’s getting harder to find nowadays. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and you can tell this place has loyal customers for a reason. Definitely a local gem if you want authentic comfort food without the trendy hype. β˜•οΈπŸ³

Eat’N Park Diner Eat’N Park Diner brings that classic, no nonsense comfort you want from a neighborhood spot. The plates come out hot, hearty, and satisfying, with that old school diner charm that just feels right. Friendly service, cozy booths, and food that hits the spot without trying too hard. A solid stop when you’re craving comfort and a laid back bite. Been serving breakfast since 1982 in the beautiful city of Burbank
